As we prepare to embark on a new chapter at Creative Hair Studio, I wanted to take a moment to connect with you personally regarding some important updates that will shape our journey together in 2024.
Our commitment to you goes beyond exceptional service. We cherish the trust you’ve placed in us and the relationships we’ve built. While we strive to maintain our current pricing, we also recognise the changing landscape. As much as we aim to avoid any price adjustments, external factors like inflation may influence our pricing structure. If changes occur, rest assured they will be communicated transparently and thoughtfully.
In recent times, we’ve encountered a few challenges due to late cancellations, which have had a considerable impact on our studio and the livelihood of our talented stylists. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and I have and will endeavour to support certain situations.
Beginning this year, we are implementing a ‘Booking Fee’ for our technical services and, our Curl-by-curl cut & diffuse service. This fee, collected at the time of booking, is a step toward ensuring your appointment is secured and supports the costs involved in delivering our exceptional high standard of services.
This fee will always be deducted off your final bill. Should you need to reschedule, providing our kind request of 48 hours notice is honoured the fee stays on your account.
I deeply appreciate the majority of our incredible clients have always strived to provide the 48-hour notice period helping us maintain the quality and sustainability of our services, and it is with a heavy heart but an acute business head I implement the booking fee.
