If you are anything like me, you want to make sure that the business you are spending your hard-earned cash in is not only a great business with a great team but, ACTUALLY produces results, cares about its customers and if you are in the market for a haircut ACTUALLY LISTEN to what they are being asked for.

We all shop for things differently now, and reviews have never been more essential to find out exactly what a business is like right out of the mouths of people who have first-hand experience.

NOW while Google and Facebook reviews have their place, and they do, one of the things that are important to me (I’m Tracey, by the way, the owner of Creative Hair Studio Evesham) which is providing people who have visited the business, the option to leave 1, 2-, 3-, 4- & 5-star reviews, are not friends, family or paid reviewers.

ONLY clients that have made a physical transaction through our till are invited to leave us a review for our verified review page on Salon Spy.

This is done via a link that Salon Spy sends out through our point-of-sale system 1 hour after a client completes a sale transaction with us.

We will NEVER delete a bad review as I believe this is bad business. I like to give an honest look at our company, knowing that we make mistakes (we are only human), but we take responsibility and look after our clients with the utmost care and attention so if something goes wrong and it does from time to time, you know that we will move heaven and earth to put it right again.
