Voucher Details: Download your vouchers via a link in your email confirmation post-payment. Remember, you can only click the download link once per voucher. If needed, open the link while in the salon to show it to a staff member. If there are any issues, please inform a staff member with your order number for assistance.

Please note: Vouchers are downloadable through a clickable link which will be located within your Email Confirmation, which is sent following payment. You can only click to download on the vouchers link(s) ONCE. Please make sure you can save the voucher or print it before clicking on the link. If multiple quantities are bought, for example, 2 x £10 voucher you can click the download link TWICE.

Alternatively, you can click on the link whilst in the salon to show your voucher to a member of staff. If you have clicked on the voucher link and not saved, please tell a member of staff quoting your order number, so we can check against our system.

Terms & Conditions: Vouchers are provided as a one-time downloadable link included in your email confirmation after payment. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to save or print the voucher upon downloading. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the voucher.

For multiple voucher purchases (e.g., purchasing more than one package deal), each voucher can be downloaded the respective number of times. This must be done within the specified guidelines of the purchase receipt.

Alternatively, vouchers may be accessed and verified directly in the salon with staff members by quoting your order number. Any misuse or duplication of vouchers will render them invalid.

Vouchers are valid exclusively with Bee, Creative Hair Studio’s Level 2 Stylist, and are subject to stylist availability. They are not valid on Saturdays or during the month of December.

Voucher validity extends for 11 months from the date of purchase. Expired vouchers will not be accepted, and no extensions will be granted.

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Failure to provide this notice will result in forfeiture of the voucher, and additional charges may apply.

Arrivals exceeding 15 minutes past the scheduled appointment time will be treated as late. This may result in rescheduling, cancellation, or forfeiture of the voucher, depending on availability.

Additional charges may apply for long, thick or excessively tangled curls. These charges are not covered under the voucher and must be paid separately.

Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, alternative services, or used in conjunction with any other offers. They must be redeemed in full, and no partial refunds or credits will be issued for unused portions.

Vouchers are non-transferable and must be redeemed by the original purchaser or recipient. Attempting to transfer or resell vouchers will render them invalid.

Vouchers cover only the services explicitly mentioned in the package. Any additional services requested will incur separate charges, which must be paid at the time of the appointment.

Vouchers must be redeemed in full during a single appointment. Unused portions of the voucher will not be refunded, credited, or carried over to future appointments unless specified in the package deal and may carry a time restraint.

Appointments using vouchers must be booked during designated hours as specified by Creative Hair Studio. Failure to comply with this may result in the invalidation of the voucher.

Vouchers cannot be used toward the purchase of retail products or accessories.

Customers must present a valid form of identification at the time of voucher redemption to verify ownership and avoid misuse.

Creative Hair Studio is not responsible for the inability to redeem vouchers due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other events beyond our control.

Any attempt to tamper with, duplicate, or alter vouchers will result in immediate invalidation, and Creative Hair Studio reserves the right to pursue legal action for fraudulent use.

Creative Hair Studio reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions without prior notice. Purchasers agree to abide by the most current terms at the time of redemption.

Customers must inform staff at the time of booking if they intend to use a voucher. Failure to notify may impact service availability and void the voucher’s use for the appointment.

Blow-dry or Diffuse services included in any package may be performed by an assistant or graduate stylist. Substitutions or specific stylist requests will not result in an adjustment to the package price.

Misuse or failure to comply with these terms will result in forfeiture of the voucher and any associated rights to service.
