Gift card terms and conditions:

Availability and Changes:
Our gift card offers are subject to availability. Terms may change at any time to ensure the best possible service. We recommend checking our website regularly for the most current terms.

Proof of Purchase:
Please retain your STRIPE/KLARNA receipt as proof of purchase for your gift card. This ensures quick and efficient assistance if needed.

Refund Policy:
Refunds for gift cards purchased online are available within 5 business days of purchase. Please note, if you have booked a service at the salon, a 48-hour notice is required to cancel. Failure to provide this notice will invalidate your gift card or any potential refund.

Redemption and Transfer:
Gift cards are initially redeemable only by the purchaser. If you wish to gift your card to someone else, you may do so by notifying us by email to tracey@thecreativehairstudio.co.uk at the time of the purchase or any time before the card is used. Please provide the name of the new owner to whom you are transferring the gift card. Transferred gift cards cannot be resold or exchanged for cash. Any transfer not documented with Creative Hair Studio will render the gift card invalid.

Expiration and Terms:
Our gift cards are valid for use up to 11 months from the date of purchase, excluding the month of December. They are subject to annual terms adjustments to ensure fairness and transparency.

Terms & Conditions for Package Deals

  • Digital Delivery:
    Your package deal will be sent via a one-time link in your email. Please save or print immediately as lost vouchers cannot be recovered.
  • Usage Restrictions:
    Package deals are valid except on Saturdays and during December, expiring 11 months from purchase. They are intended for services provided by Bee.
  • Pre-Service Requirements:
    A skin test is mandatory 48 hours before any chemical service. Failure to comply results in the cancellation of the service without a refund.
  • Cancellation and Late Arrivals:
    Provide at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel. Late arrivals over 15 minutes may lead to rescheduling or cancellation of the appointment.
  • Additional Costs:
    Extra charges may apply for special handling of long or thick hair, color corrections, or toning.
  • Package Utilization:
    Most packages are for single visits; however, some are designed for multiple appointments to ensure ongoing care. Follow the scheduled sessions to get the most from your package.
  • Transfer and Redemption:
    Packages are for the original purchaser or named recipient only and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. Inform staff when booking with a package and present valid ID upon use.
  • Liability and Changes:
    We are not responsible for redemption issues due to unforeseen events. Terms may be updated without prior notice—check our website for the latest conditions.
  • Service Delivery:
    Included services like blow-dries may be performed by an assistant or graduate stylist without affecting package pricing.

Non-compliance with these terms may lead to forfeiture of the package.

 

Cancelation Policy

At Creative Hair Studio, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service and personalized experiences to each of our clients. Our dedicated team of stylists invests time, expertise, and passion into creating the perfect look for you. To continue offering the highest level of service and to ensure fairness to both our clients and our business, we have established a cancellation policy.

We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we want to work with you to find the best solutions. However, it’s important for us to communicate the impact of last-minute cancellations and no-show appointments on our salon’s operation and the livelihood of our talented stylists.

Our 48-hour notice cancellation policy is in place to minimize revenue loss for our micro business. When you book an appointment with us, you enter into a verbal legal agreement to receive a specific service at a designated time. This commitment not only affects our schedule but also prevents us from offering that time slot to other clients who are eagerly waiting for an appointment.

Our stylists are in high demand, and we often find ourselves fully booked. When you don’t provide sufficient notice of cancellation, it prevents us from accommodating other clients who might be seeking our services. This courteous consideration to your fellow clients, our dedicated stylists, and the salon is greatly appreciated.

We want to be fair and understanding, so we acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances can occur. If you’re unable to give us 48 hours’ notice to cancel, we may provide you with an opportunity to reschedule within 7 days. In such cases, we will waive any charges associated with the missed appointment. We genuinely believe in finding ways to work together to make your experience with us positive and accommodating.

It’s important to note that this policy is a standard practice within the industry. Many salons and stylists rely on the time they allocate for appointments to sustain their livelihood. Your understanding and cooperation are invaluable in helping us maintain the quality of service you’ve come to expect from Creative Hair Studio.

We’re here to listen and consider individual circumstances that may fall outside the guidelines above. If you find yourself in a situation where you need to discuss a cancellation or rescheduling due to exceptional circumstances, please don’t hesitate to reach out to your stylist. Wedding Terms & Conditions:

Hello,

Thank you for considering our services for your wedding day. We understand how important every detail is when it comes to planning your special day. Here are the terms and conditions that outline our agreement:

Booking and Payments: By placing a booking fee, you are confirming your understanding and acceptance of these terms. A non-refundable and non-transferable 50% booking fee of the wedding day hair service(s) cost is required to secure the date. This fee will be deducted from the final balance. Trial costs are due at the time of the trial. The remaining balance is due 3 months before the wedding date.

Minimum Booking and Changes: The bridal hair services specified during the initial booking are non-negotiable. Should changes or cancellations occur later than the initial booking, the service price will still apply. Any changes to the booking must be communicated by the bride herself. Adding additional individuals to the booking will require prior notice and payment.

Travel Expenses: Travel expenses are included for the first 10 miles from our studio location. Additional mileage will be charged at £1 per mile each way. Accommodation costs may apply in cases where travel is impractical due to time constraints or severe weather conditions.

Trials: Trials are recommended for all members of the bridal party and take place at the studio. Trials are vital to ensure the desired style is achieved on the wedding day. Cancellations or rescheduling of trial appointments require prior notice. Extra stylist time can be arranged with prior notice at a set rate.

Cancellations and Changes: Cancellations or changes to services require a minimum of 3 months’ notice. Fees are non-refundable. In the unlikely event of us cancelling within 4 weeks of the wedding, we will assist in securing an alternative stylist and cover up to £100 of additional costs.

Delays and Adverse Conditions: Delays caused by factors beyond our control will not warrant refunds or compensation. We request information about potential delays to our journey. We allocate a minimum of 45 minutes per person for the wedding hair service.

Client Obligations: Suitable working conditions, information about allergies, and preparation of bridal party members are the responsibilities of the client. Children should be kept away from styling tools for safety reasons.

Photography and Image Copyright: We appreciate your consent to use images for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us in advance. We credit ourselves as the hair artists for images shared online.
